Management Team:

Mark Gray has worked for Fortune 200 Companies Xerox, MCI and Sprint where he had responsibility for sales and customer retention for a nine state region of the mid-south. In addition, based on the success of several start up firms he launched Mark L. Gray and Associates in May 2004 as a management consulting firm with clients in the higher education, software and call center markets, providing management and technology advice to owners, principals and managers seeking to enter new markets, launch new products, increase sales revenues or reduce cost of sales.  In 2006, the firm began to provide technology solutions to its client in addition to actionable advice and adopted the dba CAT5 Technology in 2008.

Brian Root, MBA, Chief Operations Officer, is responsible for day to day operations, training and sales. Mr. Root has also worked for Fortune 200 Companies AT&T, Sprint and IKON in both operations and the sale of technical products and services including outsourced professional labor. His background of over twenty years experience includes successful start up firms. Brian has achieved numerous awards for his successes. His previous roles have also included the training of others to duplicate his success and to transfer technical knowledge to non-technical people.
