Business executives increasingly realize that enhanced business communications, employee productivity and customer service gives them a competitive edge. The challenge today is how to effectively deploy, manage and integrate all of these capabilities into a Unified Communications platform.
AltiGen’s VoIP business phone systems enable you to meet that challenge. Our focus is on delivering world class VoIP communications solutions which meet all of your business requirements. Since these capabilities are delivered in the form of software, instead of proprietary hardware systems, you are able to use just those applications, and number of users, which are right for your business. AltiGen’s applications include:
| Windows Server-based IP PBX | Automatic Call Distribution | | Windows Telephony Client | Call Recording | | Auto Attendant | Interactive Voice Response | | Voicemail (and Unified Messaging) | Call Reporting | | Windows-based Administrator | Computer Telephony Integration |
With Microsoft’s recent announcement of Exchange Server 2007 (in which Exchange Server will directly manage voice mails and faxes as well) AltiGen is actively developing integration to Exchange Server 2007 – which will enable companies to have a complete, pre-integrated real time voice and messaging platform – all based on the Microsoft platform.
Microsoft has also announced the availability Office Communications Server 2007. OCS 2007 was designed to work with your VoIP business phone system and extends real-time communication capabilities with instant messaging, audio and video conferencing, and presence (which unites all contact information stored in Microsoft Active Directory). Expected later this year, the AltiGen VoIP business phone system will integrate with Microsoft OCS 2007, to deliver an all-inclusive real-time communication experience. And when combined with Exchange Server 2007, you will be able to deploy a truly comprehensive Unified Communications solution. |
