AltiServ phone systems are “All in One” products that can be easily administered on site or remotely.

When AltiGen released its self administration phone system in 1996, it shook up what had historically been a “black box” industry. The legacy systems were built on a model where the phone system purchase would account for only 20% of the actual money spent over the life of the system.
