Bundled Support - Today's complex technology solutions require highly certified and trained technicians. The costs associated with continuous training and exceeding SLA (Service Level Agreements) continues to escalate each year at an unpredictable rate. With TAMCO Shield, you enjoy the benefit of locking in the costs of your vendor's maintenance contract at today's labor rates for the entire term of your TAMCO Shield agreement. Maintenance will be "bundled" without finance charges into the same payment as your equipment so there's just one check to write each month. By selecting TAMCO Shield or TAMCO Shield with Maintenance, you may replace your existing system at any time during the contract with no financial penalties or cancellation charges using our System Replacement Guarantee. At the time of system replacement, TAMCO guarantees the rates provided to you will be the same as those offered to other customers acquiring the same system. The existing system must be replaced with: (1) A larger capacity unit; or (2) An equal or larger capacity unit containing newer technology providing additional features and capabilities. The new term must be equal in length to the original term and the new payment must be equal to or greater than the current payment. |
